Une quiche aux algues, test\u00e9e et approuv\u00e9e pas plus tard qu\u2019hier\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pour la p\u00e2te\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de farine blanche ou bise<\/li>\n<li>125g de beurre coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>Eau (environ \u00bd verre)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la garniture :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un peu de saumon fum\u00e9 ou frais<\/li>\n<li>2 poign\u00e9es d\u2019algues fra\u00eeches (pour cette recette, j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 de la laitue de mer et de la dulse, soit une poign\u00e9e de chaque) ou 2 grosses pinc\u00e9es d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>1 gros oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>200g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces quantit\u00e9s sont approximatives, et pour cause\u00a0! Je n\u2019ai pas pes\u00e9 mes ingr\u00e9dients\u2026 Laissez-vous guider par vos go\u00fbts. Par exemple si c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois que vous utilisez des algues, ayez la main l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Si toute la famille adore, vous pourrez vous permettre d\u2019en mettre plus la prochaine fois\u00a0! Sinon, vous n&rsquo;aurez plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 les remplacer par des \u00e9pinards !!! Ajouter de l\u2019eau petit \u00e0 petit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te de bonne consistance.<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 dans un peu d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez les algues fra\u00eeches grossi\u00e8rement au couteau. Faites des cubes de saumon. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer algues, saumon, \u0153ufs et cr\u00e8me. Ajouter du poivre et du sel \u00e0 votre convenance.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrez et farinez un plat \u00e0 quiche ou tapissez-le de papier cuisson. Etalez votre p\u00e2te au rouleau et placez-la dans le fond du plat.
